Rick Allen has served Paragon Healthcare, Inc. as President, CEO, & Chairman of the Board since its inception in September 2002. Prior to forming Paragon, he served as vice president of Infusion Operations for Park Pharmacy Corporation’s offices in Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston. He also founded and served as clinical infusion director for DHI. Allen is past pharmacy director of Option Care, a national home infusion company and previous owner/CEO of North Star Pharmacy, Inc. With over forty years’ experience in retail and home infusion pharmacy, Allen is a national speaker on oncology, pain management, multiple therapies, and computer-generated care plans/interventions. Allen and his wife, Trisha, are active in the Dallas community, serving many organizations including AHA, Habitat for Humanity, Family Compass, and Community Hospice.

Joe Brayton is the Chief Strategy Officer, Executive Vice President, Founder, & Member of Board of Directors of Paragon.  Brayton served as Paragon’s Chief Financial Officer until July 2015.  He has spent over 35 years as a Senior Executive in various industries. Prior to starting Paragon in 2002, Brayton served as Chief Operating Officer for Rx-Pro.com, Inc. and Chief Technology Officer for Park Pharmacy Corporation from 1999 through September 2002.  From 1995 to 1999, Brayton served as Senior Vice President of technology for jASCorp, a pharmacy software company. From 1982 to 1995, Brayton was founder and CEO of Flagship Technology, Inc., a technology and consulting company which developed and supported software for various industries. Brayton holds a BBA in accounting and computer science from the University of Texas ‐ Dallas. Brayton has also earned accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor. Brayton is active in the community and has served on several non-profit Boards.

Clint Bryant

Clint Bryant joined Texas Capital Bank in 2020.  He is responsible for leading the Corporate and Commercial Banking Teams in North Texas.  Prior to joining Texas Capital, Mr. Bryant was a Head of the Southwest and Energy Corporate Energy teams for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from 2013 to 2019. From 2003 to 2013, he held various leadership and coverage positions with commercial banking groups in North Texas.

Mr. Bryant graduated with his BBA from Texas Tech University.  He was a two-time All-American and two-time Academic All-American at 3rd base while playing baseball at Texas Tech from 1993-1996.  After being drafted in the 7th round in the 1996 MLB Amateur Draft by the Colorado Rockies, he played professional baseball for three years before retiring in 1999. He is currently married and has three children with ages ranging from 10 to 17.

John Levis is a senior partner in Deloitte’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice with a focus on developing growth and innovation strategies for our clients.

John advises businesses on how to transform innovation from an intangible, aspirational concept into a meaningful business strategy that can drive greater productivity and lead to a competitive advantage in the marketplace. John also works to promote an innovative culture at clients and facilitates the sharing of innovative best practices and new ideas across their ecosystems. He has been a frequent writer and speaker at external forums and academic institutions on the changing nature of innovation in business today.

Prior to these roles, John served as the global Chief Innovation Officer for Deloitte driving a culture and strategy for innovation to more than 200,000 Deloitte professionals in over 100 countries world-wide. He was also the Regional Managing Director for Deloitte’s businesses throughout North and South America – the largest and fastest growing of Deloitte’s three global regions. Prior to that, John served in progressive leadership positions throughout the Deloitte U.S. firm, including Managing Director of Americas Region from 2009 to 2011; National Managing Principal, Strategy, Research & Innovation from 2007 to 2009; and Chief Strategy Officer, Deloitte U.S. Firms from 2006 to 2009. Admitted into the Deloitte partnership in June 1997, John has served many of Deloitte’s largest TMT clients.

John received a Bachelor of mathematics degree in applied mathematics and engineering from the University of Waterloo and was a charter member of the Duke Innovation Working Group at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Eric is a builder of businesses and high performance leadership teams.  Eric has an exceptional track record of leadership and execution on a global stage connecting market and technology transitions to business models and go-to-market strategies spanning hardware to software and “as-a-service” across diverse segments of customers and routes to market.   

 Eric joined NCR Corporation in November 2016 where he leads the North American Retail Solutions Division.  Prior to NCR, Eric held various Business Unit (BU) leadership roles at Cisco Systems over eight years.  Most recently Eric was the Vice President of Product Management and Go-To-Market for the Network Function Virtualization (NFV) BU.  Prior to moving into the SDN space, Eric was the Vice President and General Manager of the Hosted Collaboration Business Unit where he successfully launched the Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) that enables the delivery of Unified Communications and Collaboration as a Service (UCCaaS).   

 Prior to joining Cisco, Eric was the Vice President Americas sales at Polycom where he was charged with transforming the Go-To-Market model.  Before Polycom, Eric spent over eleven years at Nortel Networks where he held numerous executive leadership positions across sales, channels, marketing, business development, and product management.  He was recruited to Nortel via the Finance Leadership Development Program where he was rapidly exposed to a wide range of functional and organizational experiences over 36 months.  Eric began his career journey at DSC Communications with roles in Corporate Strategy, Sales, and Marketing Operations.  He holds a MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and studied at the London Business School as part of Leadership Edge; an executive leadership development program focusing on innovation and perspective, resources and processes, leadership skills and change, in high tech companies.   

 Eric is married with two children and lives in McKinney Texas.  In his free time Eric supports his children’s many academic and extra curricular activities and events.  Eric is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys early morning “Work-Outs of the Day”, and playing golf.  He participates in his community through his church and serving on the American Heart Association executive board in Dallas Texas.
