Meet Joe Brayton, Paragon’s Chief Strategy Officer. Joe’s background was in Accounting and Computer Science originally. He spent the first 4 to 5 years of his professional career as a CPA with an international accounting firm, holding additional certifications as a Certified Management Accountant, CISA, CDP, and CPD. After spending time in multiple different industries, Joe found his passion in the healthcare industry. Over the next few years of his life, he spent time working on software that focused on disease state management, custom care plans, and more. These systems were sold to independent pharmacists nationwide.

Through the process of developing and selling this technology, Joe met Rick Allen. At the time, he had no idea what the future would hold or what this relationship would mean for both of their careers. After a few years of working together in the pharmacy industry, the duo chose to pave a new path of their own and start Paragon Healthcare. Joe lives by the motto, “Treat everyone you meet with trust and respect until they prove otherwise.” These words have been demonstrated through the relationships he has built with his employees and also with vendors, customers, and patients.

Joe was asked about the best advice he had ever been given, he shared about work ethic. “If the job is worth doing,” Joe quoted, “It is worth doing right and to the best of your ability.” This quote really highlights Joe’s drive for success and excellence. Paragon Healthcare Inc. is thankful for his leadership at the company as it continues to grow exponentially year after year.

Jennifer & Mark Sanders

Mark Sanders is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Caliber, parent to the family of automotive service brands that includes Caliber Collision, Caliber Auto Care and Caliber Auto Glass, operating more than 1,300 centers in 37 states.

Mark is a second generation collision repair professional and spent the early part of his career learning multiple positions within a collision repair facility. After joining Caliber in 1997, Mark moved rapidly up into Caliber’s leadership team where he currently holds the position of President and Chief Executive Officer.

When Mark started with the company, total revenues were less than $30 million. In 2021, Caliber’s revenues will exceed $4 billion. Mark’s responsibilities include every element of Caliber’s operations as well as new market growth and strategic account partnerships. Mark is most proud of the servant leadership culture that has been established and maintained throughout the organization during Caliber’s explosive growth as a “Purpose” driven organization.

Mark has been happily married for more than 30 years to his wife Jennifer. They have a beautiful 28‐year‐old daughter, who is married and expecting their first grandchild, and a rambunctious 14‐year‐old son.

Considered one of America’s leading chefs, Richard is the owner Bon Appetit’s top new restaurants shortly after opening in 1993. reviews and accolades from premier publications such as Gourmet and Zagat Guide. Richard followed this success by opening the award-winning Fish Market Grill in Dallas and Tarragon at Elk Mountain, an ultra-luxury resort in Colorado. In 2005, The Renaissance Las Vegas and Chef Richard Chamberlain partnered for the opening of ENVY The Steakhouse- one of most exclusive new restaurants in Las Vegas, Nevada. Consistently recognized by the world’s top restaurant and dining publications, Chef Chamberlain’s awards include:

  • “One of America’s Top Tables,” from Gourmet
  • “One of America’s Top Restaurants,” from Zagat Guide
  • “Award of Excellence,” from Wine Spectator

Prior to opening his own restaurants, Chef Chamberlain spent three years as the executive chef of the exclusive Little Nell Hotel in Aspen, where he received national attention for pioneering American Alpine cooking. At this time he was recognized as one of the best chefs in the country by the James Beard Foundation. Richard has also served as executive chef at San Simeon Restaurant and Ratcliff’s, both in Dallas; as well as executive sous chef at the world famous Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles; and sous chef under Dean Fearing at the Mansion at Turtle Creek.

Howard Mudrick serves as Winstead’s Executive Director. Howard has more than 35 years of experience assisting law firms and professional service organizations in all areas of management, strategic vision, finance and growth.

Throughout his career, Howard has combined his accounting background with his business management and financial planning skills to bring effective strategies to law firm management and operations. Howard is the author of numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at legal and professional services events.

Howard is a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management; a member of the American Heart Association Côtes du Coeur Executive Leadership Team Board; and serves as Winery Chair for Côtes du Coeur.

Director – Data Insights, Chief Data Office
AT&T

Sheilon leads a data insights team of data scientists, software engineers, technical project managers and business interaction managers who are responsible for creating dynamic solutions to complex business problems. Her team collaborates extensively with business unit partners to deliver savings and enhancements to the improve the Customer Experience.

Prior to her current position, Sheilon was a Director of Sales Operation supporting the mobility Sales and Service Call Centers. She was accountable for tactical execution and roll out of operational and sales processes to call centers. In this role, Sheilon also supported Customer Experience initiatives by providing coaching for center leaders. Her experience leading large teams in both General Service and Technical Support were key in this work. Sheilon has prior experience in Retail, having served as the Director of Sales in the Las Vegas market. Sheilon has experience in logistics and engineering.

Sheilon grew up in Northern Virginia and is a graduate of Stanford University. She enjoys cooking, learning about wine, reading and traveling in adding to supporting he Arts and STEM in Dallas, Texas where she currently resides.

Lisa is currently leading AT&T’s Technology Development Program which serves as the feeder pool for the organization’s future leaders. She also has responsibility for AT&T’s Technology and Operations Skills Transformation program, including the technology platforms that are enabling the transformation across the company. Prior to her current role, Lisa held a variety of different field and staff roles across various lines of business.  Lisa joined AT&T in 1997 as a participant in the Leadership Development Program. Given her early opportunities with the company, Lisa is highly engaged with mentoring AT&T’s talent pipeline of both experienced and new leaders.

Outside of AT&T, Lisa is a member of United Way’s Tocqueville Society which recognizes local philanthropic leaders and volunteer champions. Lisa is an active CASA advocate, working on behalf of children in the foster system.  She also co-chairs the American Heart Association’s Wine Society which strives to connect wine aficionados to raise funds for AHA.  She is an active member of several AT&T employee resource groups including HACEMOS, Advocates for Women in Technology, Women of AT&T, and LEAGUE.  Recently, Lisa was recognized as a 2018 Technology Rising Star by Career Communications Group’s Women of Color magazine.  Lisa is also a past recipient of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility’s (HACR) Young Hispanic Corporate Leaders award. Lisa earned her undergraduate degree in Business Honors and Marketing at the University of Texas and her Master of Business Administration at the University of Dallas.  She recently completed nanodegrees in Computer Programming and Data Foundations.  She resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband Tony.
