Rick Allen has served Paragon Healthcare, Inc. as President, CEO, & Chairman of the Board since its inception in September 2002. Prior to forming Paragon, he served as vice president of Infusion Operations for Park Pharmacy Corporation’s offices in Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston. He also founded and served as clinical infusion director for DHI. Allen is past pharmacy director of Option Care, a national home infusion company and previous owner/CEO of North Star Pharmacy, Inc. With over forty years experience in retail and home infusion pharmacy, Allen is a national speaker on oncology, pain management, multiple therapies, and computer generated care plans/interventions. Allen and his wife, Trisha, are active in the Dallas community, serving many organizations including AHA, Habitat for Humanity, Family Compass, and Community Hospice.
Dani Cook Barrows is a 23-year employee of Trinity Industries in Dallas and serves as the Vice President of Information Governance and Legal Operations. Dani has represented the company in their community and philanthropic interests for more than 10 years. She has been involved with the American Heart Association since 2009, most recently as the Côtes Gala Reservation Chair. Dani is a member of the United Way Leadership Society and the American Heart Association’s Circle of Red. Dani, her husband Buddy, and their teenage daughter Karistan, also volunteers for AHA, live in Rockwall.
Charlie Bolton brings more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. As Senior Vice President, Corporate Solutions, he oversees development, sales and operations for midmarket and enterprise business customers.
Most recently, Charlie led Corporate Business Solutions and was responsible for small to mid-market customers. Before joining AT&T Enterprise Business Solutions, Charlie served as vice president, Alliance for AT&T Regional Business Markets. In this role, he oversaw the sales and operations of the Alliance Channel, serving the small and medium business markets nationwide.
Charlie holds an industrial engineering degree from the University of Florida and completed the Executive Program at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Timothy Gallagher is the founder and former CEO of Electronic Transaction Consultants Corporation, a DFW based company that provides and supports systems and services that process over $1.5 billion in annual toll revenues for department of transportation and toll collection authorities from coast-to-coast.
Since experiencing a career-ending heart attack in 2014 that lead to an immediate and successful heart transplant, Tim has refocused his life around his family, local investing and active support for The American Heart Association and its 2020 Impact Goal to improve the cardiovascular health of all Americans by 20% while reducing deaths from cardiovascular diseases and stroke by 20%.
Tim is a Board Member of the Dallas Division of the American Heart Association (AHA), Vice Chair for The AHA 2017 Côtes du Coeur Executive Leadership Team, a key sponsor of 1heart2lives.com, and an on-going Board Member of Electronic Transactions Consultants Corporation; the firm he founded in 1999.

Bill is an assurance partner in the Dallas office of EY. He has always had a passion for community service, and currently serves on the board of Communities in Schools Dallas Region and the executive leadership team for the American Heart Association Cotes Du Coeur event.
Originally from San Antonio, Bill and his wife Leslie now reside in Southlake, Texas and have three children. Bill graduated from Texas A&M University and his hobbies include Aggie football and golf.

John Hurley is Vice President & General Manager leading the global relationship with AT&T. In this role he is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and direct sales for product and services, as well as the overall P&L for one of Cisco’s largest and most strategic service provider accounts. Throughout John’s career, he has been responsible for helping customers develop transformative strategies that leverage Technology to bring faster customer solutions to the market place. John has over 25 years of Sales leadership experience within the Technology Industry. John holds a BS in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University.
Paul Kirkpatrick holds the position of VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Commercial Metals Company (“CMC”), leading CMC’s global legal function. Paul joined CMC in December 2009 where he assumed the role of Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary focusing on Corporate Governance, Securities, and M&A matters.Prior to joining CMC, Paul was an attorney at Haynes and Boone, LLP in Dallas, Texas, where he represented both public and private companies in acquisitions, divestitures, securities compliance and other corporate governance matters.Paul graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2000 and holds an undergraduate degree in History from Baylor University.
John Levis is a senior partner in Deloitte’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice with a focus on developing growth and innovation strategies for our clients.
John advises businesses on how to transform innovation from an intangible, aspirational concept into a meaningful business strategy that can drive greater productivity and lead to a competitive advantage in the marketplace. John also works to promote an innovative culture at clients and facilitates the sharing of innovative best practices and new ideas across their ecosystems. He has been a frequent writer and speaker at external forums and academic institutions on the changing nature of innovation in business today.
Prior to these roles, John served as the global Chief Innovation Officer for Deloitte driving a culture and strategy for innovation to more than 200,000 Deloitte professionals in over 100 countries world-wide. He was also the Regional Managing Director for Deloitte’s businesses throughout North and South America – the largest and fastest growing of Deloitte’s three global regions. Prior to that, John served in progressive leadership positions throughout the Deloitte U.S. firm, including Managing Director of Americas Region from 2009 to 2011; National Managing Principal, Strategy, Research & Innovation from 2007 to 2009; and Chief Strategy Officer, Deloitte U.S. Firms from 2006 to 2009. Admitted into the Deloitte partnership in June 1997, John has served many of Deloitte’s largest TMT clients.

Throughout his career, Howard has combined his accounting background with his business management and financial planning skills to bring effective strategies to law firm management and operations. Howard is the author of numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at legal and professional services events.
Howard is a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management; a member of the American Heart Association Côtes du Coeur Executive Leadership Team Board; and serves as Winery Co-Chair for the Côtes du Coeur.

Mark Sanders is the President and Chief Operating Officer for Caliber Collision Centers, the largest collision repair company in the world currently operating 651 locations in 19 states.
Mark is a second generation collision repair professional and spent the early part of his career learning multiple positions within a collision repair facility. After joining Caliber in 1997, Mark moved rapidly up into Caliber’s leadership team where he currently holds the position of President and Chief Operating Officer.
When Mark started with the company, total revenues were less than $30 million. In 2018, Caliber Collision’s revenues will exceed $2.4 billion.
Mark’s responsibilities include every element of Caliber’s operations as well as new market growth and strategic account partnerships.
Mark is most proud of the servant leadership culture that has been established and maintained throughout the organization during Caliber’s explosive growth as a “Purpose” driven organization.
Mark has been happily married for more than 28 years to his wife Jennifer. They have a beautiful 24‐year‐old daughter and a rambunctious 10‐year‐old son.

Eric joined NCR Corporation in November 2016 where he leads the North American Retail Solutions Division. Prior to NCR, Eric held various Business Unit (BU) leadership roles at Cisco Systems over eight years. Most recently Eric was the Vice President of Product Management and Go-To-Market for the Network Function Virtualization (NFV) BU.
Eric is married with two children and lives in McKinney Texas. In his free time Eric supports his children’s many academic and extra curricular activities and events. Eric is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys early morning “Work-Outs of the Day”, and playing golf. He participates in his community through his church and serving on the American Heart Association executive board in Dallas Texas.

John Sweeney serves as Vice President & General Manager for the AT&T Global Account Team. In this role John is responsible for Ciena’s overall business relationship with AT&T, Ciena’s largest and most strategic customer. John has almost 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, joining Ciena in 2010. Previously he held sales and sales management roles at Nokia Siemens Networks, 2Wire, Siemens, and Tektronix. Prior to his civilian career, John served as an Officer in the United States Army.
John is on the Executive Leadership Team of the Dallas American Heart Association’s Côtes du Coeur and the Dallas CASA Children’s Council. He is very active in his church as well as other Dallas area charities.
