Laura & Eric Hutto
Meet our 2019 Leadership Team
He is responsible for building and strengthening client relationships worldwide by promoting the full portfolio of Unisys services, technology products and software. He has profit-and-loss accountability for Unisys activities globally, outside the U.S. Federal group. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He completed the Executive Leadership Program at Emory University and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Laura Hutto was born and raised in Texas. She is a graduate of Grapevine High School and earned a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Texas Austin McCombs Business School in 1997. Laura spent the majority of her corporate career with Essilor of America, Inc. holding various positions including Product Manager, Project Manager and National Account Executive. After fourteen years of working in the optical industry, Laura made the decision to leave the corporate world to focus on raising her boys and pursuing her philanthropic interests. She is married to Eric and they enjoy raising their three wonderful boys together – Ashton (8), Robert (10) and Payton (25). Before joining Côtes du Coeur, Laura served as VP of Fundraising for Mary Evans Elementary in Allen, TX, and continues to volunteer her time to her boys’ schools and ongoing activities.

Prior to opening his own restaurants, Chef Chamberlain spent three years as the executive chef of the exclusive Little Nell Hotel in Aspen, where he received national attention for pioneering American Alpine cooking. At this time he was recognized as one of the best chefs in the country by the James Beard Foundation. Richard has also served as executive chef at San Simeon Restaurant and Ratcliff’s, both in Dallas; as well as executive sous chef at the world famous Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles; and sous chef under Dean Fearing at the Mansion at Turtle Creek.

Throughout his career, Howard has combined his accounting background with his business management and financial planning skills to bring effective strategies to law firm management and operations. Howard is the author of numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at legal and professional services events.
Howard is a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management; a member of the American Heart Association Côtes du Coeur Executive Leadership Team Board; and serves as Winery Co-Chair for the Côtes du Coeur.
