Anne Chow  

Anne is a transformative business leader whose trailblazing corporate career spans over three decades in the technology and business sectors. As the first woman of color CEO in AT&T’s 140+ year history, she led AT&T Business, a $35B global operating unit comprised of 35,000 people.  Anne is currently Lead Director on the Board of Directors of FranklinCovey, a company dedicated to organizational transformation through leadership, execution, and culture.  She was also recently appointed Adjunct Professor of Executive Education at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. 

Anne has been widely recognized for her role model inclusive leadership, driving success at the intersection of people, culture, and technology.  She has been named to Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business twice, Forbes inaugural CEO Next List of Leaders set to revolutionize American business, and Light Reading’s Most Inspiring Woman in Communications.  Anne is one of LinkedIn’s Top Voices in Gender Equity and was recently honored with the 2022 Legends in Leadership Award by Linkage, Inc., and 2022 Luminary Award by the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance. She is the best-selling co-author of The Leader’s Guide to Unconscious Bias: How to Reframe Bias, Cultivate Connection, and Create High-Performing Teams, and her work has been featured in Fortune, Chief Executive Magazine, The Huffington Post, MarketWatch, and USA Today. She holds B.S. and M.Eng. degrees in Electrical Engineering as well as an MBA with Distinction from Cornell University and is a graduate of the Pre-College Division of the Juilliard School of Music.

Bob Moore

Bob is a retired IT professional whose corporate career spanned nearly two decades in the telecommunications technology and services arena. As Anne’s career evolved, Bob’s changed course, and he became the primary caregiver to their two daughters, spending time supporting their many activities and interests both in and out of school. As the children became more independent, Bob continued to volunteer with various community outreach groups through their church, the VITA tax preparation service, and two terms on the board of their Homeowners Association (HOA). He holds a B.S.in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.Eng. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

Considered one of America’s leading chefs, Richard is the owner Bon Appetit’s top new restaurants shortly after opening in 1993. reviews and accolades from premier publications such as Gourmet and Zagat Guide. Richard followed this success by opening the award-winning Fish Market Grill in Dallas and Tarragon at Elk Mountain, an ultra-luxury resort in Colorado. In 2005, The Renaissance Las Vegas and Chef Richard Chamberlain partnered for the opening of ENVY The Steakhouse- one of most exclusive new restaurants in Las Vegas, Nevada. Consistently recognized by the world’s top restaurant and dining publications, Chef Chamberlain’s awards include:

  • “One of America’s Top Tables,” from Gourmet
  • “One of America’s Top Restaurants,” from Zagat Guide
  • “Award of Excellence,” from Wine Spectator

Prior to opening his own restaurants, Chef Chamberlain spent three years as the executive chef of the exclusive Little Nell Hotel in Aspen, where he received national attention for pioneering American Alpine cooking. At this time he was recognized as one of the best chefs in the country by the James Beard Foundation. Richard has also served as executive chef at San Simeon Restaurant and Ratcliff’s, both in Dallas; as well as executive sous chef at the world famous Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles; and sous chef under Dean Fearing at the Mansion at Turtle Creek.

Howard Mudrick

Howard Mudrick serves as Winstead’s Executive Director. Howard has more than 35 years of experience assisting law firms and professional service organizations in all areas of management, strategic vision, finance and growth.

Throughout his career, Howard has combined his accounting background with his business management and financial planning skills to bring effective strategies to law firm management and operations. Howard is the author of numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at legal and professional services events.

Howard is a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management; a member of the American Heart Association Côtes du Coeur Executive Leadership Team Board; and serves as Winery Chair for Côtes du Coeur.
